5 Years of the International Welcome Center – Open House Day

The IWC is celebrating an anniversary! For five years now, the International Welcome Center has been a dedicated service center for international students and staff at our university.
To mark this 5-year milestone, the IWC warmly invites international students and JKU employees to its Open House Day. In an informal setting, the IWC will offer insights into its work, encourage exchange, and celebrate with all interested.

📅 When: May 14, 2025 – 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
📍 Where: International Welcome Center, Bank Building

WANTED: 

This year’s cake buffet will be held under the theme: “Cake from All Around the World”!
Once again, we are looking for volunteers to prepare sweet treats or cakes from different cultures and countries. As a thank-you for baking, each contributor will receive a €10 voucher.

• The 3rd IWC Painting: Collaborative canvas – leave your brushstroke!
• Highlight: "Make some friendship bracelets, make some JKU friends".  Stay connected! Create friendship bracelets – for yourself or your friends!
